Saks Fifth Avenue

Hi everyone. So I made order online in Saks fifth avenue. It was Zimmerman top and blouse on sale and final sale. But, the condition it arrived to me is insane ( I attached pictures ). I went to the store explained what happened and there were extremely rude to me. They told me that they can't return and in very rude way. Told me that I have to do it myself call and ask for exemption. Why after I got items in this condition I have to do that? So I made a video how they treat their costumers. Manager Ronda is insanely rude she told me she will do exception for me lol. Are you kidding me it's illegal to sale in this condition or they have to provide real pictures of their items on their website

The valet park the cars in the handicap spots. This means if you are handicap you cannot actually park. There’s one handicap spot per 25 car spots so interior near the elevators is one each but there’s a large plethora outside. The valet only make people entitled if they do this and act entitled themselves. Also, even if you park on private property in handicap zones- you can be ticketed by the city. Once the paints on the ground it doesn’t matter it is private property. Wonder how they’d (Saks+ Car Owners) deal with 600$ tickets. Really a shame they disrespect the disabled shopper population. Luxury goods are awesome especially for a fun splurge but after my knee surgery I started to avoid this location. Not disabled friendly. It infuriates me honestly. People in wheelchairs need the area and more. It’s so entitled. Guess you shouldn’t expect less from Sak’s but you’d think people in those positions being paid to park cars wouldn’t park them in the disabled bay especially risking tickets to owners and also YOU KNOW DISABLED PEOPLE NEED THEM. (No the plates of these cars didn’t have disabled on them.) rant over

It’s so tempting to shop from the comfort of our own homes, but once in the store you realize it’s normal and healthy to be out helping employees earn their commission. The employees are all lovely, especially in handbags! If it’s not in store, they’ll order it for you. Lower your screen time, mingle, and get back to being human!

I love Saks and will continue to love the company but I always run into conundrums with this location. The valet damaged my carefully so use at your own risk. They also admitted no fault. Most staff members inside the store are friendly but surprisingly, some are only pleasant when others are rude to them. They have a terrible attitude and should not because people spend money here. The fragrance department staff are hospitable.

My personal experience at this location was just as expected - I left happy and feeling fabulous! Important - it’s the person who makes that event! For me it was all thanks to this wonderful guy, Azer!!!! He has been such a delight since I met him several years ago at Bloomingdale’s first and now, well deserved - Saks! He’s always genuinely attentive, positive attitude, smiling, and literally remembers all my favorite products and makes sure I don’t miss a great promotion or introduction of a new product. Azer is simply wonderful!!!! Thank you for always going above and beyond!!!!

I didn't like the experience I feel like they need to make sure that they don't have respected persons. They borderline seeing races towards black people. You know how much money I have and even if I don't have money you should still be respectful to every customer that walks in that door shame on you all and don't tell me about my grammar I meant what I said shame on you guys
